Effects of alloxan-diabetes on kinetic attributes of Na(+)+K(+)-ATPase were examined in rat kidney, brain and erythrocyte membranes. The enzyme activity decreased significantly from 60-80% in the three membrane systems as a result of diabetic state. Kinet.....
